I am looking for a unicorn here. I need a 2x6 matrix (ideally) with HDbaseT.

I originally quoted JAP but that was a nogo. I am unfortunately working with component and a cat5 (thankfully) Client is a referral from a really good client of mine and I don't want to burn him. I want to give him every option I can to pull this off (although I don't think its remotely possible) He is pretty much stuck short of getting a cablebox and extender for every TV.

6 TVs and 2 cable boxes (fios)

Why was JAP a no-go? Price?

if a 2x6 matrix exists it’s probably going to cost too much or it’s going to be made by some very off brand pos.
You really need to stick with known players such as JAP, Zektor or avpro.
Sometimes you just shouldn’t make compromises as it will cost you in the long run.
Personally I’d rather sell something at or near cost to avoid bs service calls related to some hunk of junk i can’t get real support of.
Then again maybe it’s time to persue a straight t&m angle and let them take the risk.

No 2X6 for us but we do have a 4X4 HDMI / HDBT with mirrored outputs on 1&2 giving you a total of 6 outputs if the client can live with 2 mirrored zones.

Also, we have a 1 in HDMI and 4 out HDBT. Not an exact fit, but if they are budget conscious these might be an option.

Good luck on the project.

This will work perfect and is within budget! Thanks!

Thanks everyone, JAP was nixed because of budget.
