I order as little as possible from Avad but decided to grab a iPort xPress for a job. Just got it today and not only was it clearly opened with an attempt to tape back shut, it has dirty fingerprints on it. Of course the packing slip says "special order-cannot be returned" LOL, we'll see about that. I was on hold when I started typing this and got disconnected 5 minutes later.
I am not sure much has changed since the last time we had an AVAD bash fest. It seems like the story has always been that some regions and branches do a great job, while others donít have a clue. It sounds like that has not changed.
