VPN into a site, and retrieve serial numbers, for a potential RMA, without having to physically go to site.

You should be good then. I just wanted to make sure you were not trying to do like a "system scan" and locate serial numbers for newly connected devices. With Lutron you have to go through an activation procedure where some human interaction is involved.

Instructions for locating serial numbers:
Go to the activate tab and use the drop down to select Processors or Devices.

If you're looking for devices...after selecting Devices from the drop down you would use the Selected Link drop down on the left to choose between the different processor links.

Find the link that your device is on and select it. You can then locate the device and its serial number.
