I apologize if this was covered already.

I'm stuck in the Edge loop.
1) Can't download Chrome, and can't get to screen to disable Edge S.
2) Can't seem to properly recover my windows 7 back-up file. (Maybe the same system issue - Edge S related)

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

What is preventing you from downloading chrome exactly?

Internet Explorer doesnt work either?

There is a feature that I was able to turnoff called Edge S or safe mode. It prevents any unapproved apps (Chrome browser as well). Once disabled, I was able to proceed.

Edge was not in Windows 7, my back-up files were in 7. I seem to be able to restore them as well. So far it appears I'll need to download programs again like URC, ubiquity, etc...
