Are there any roller blinds (other than Lutron) that have a hem / bottom bar alignment feature, where if you have multiple blinds next to one another, which may or may not be of different widths, the hem / bottom bar will raise / lower at the same rate.

This would also give the option to set pre set limits, eg. 25% drop, 50% drop.

No, Lutron owns this technology. But, from what I’ve also been told, Lutron doesn’t do it very well anyway. over time they get out of synch.

Lutron does it best. If they do get out of sync over time, there is a way to correct it and get things back in sync. IHA tool (Intellegent Hembar Alignment tool).

Isn't the IHA tool only available with RA 2?

In other words it doesn't work with the Caseta and Select hubs.

IHA Tool is available in RA2 & HomeWorks.  You can also adjust IHA on Sivoia (non-system) shades using the QSE-CI-NWK interface.  I've never worked with the Caseta or RA Select systems.

My experience with IHA in Lutron shades has been very good.  Out of the hundreds of shades I've installed I've only had to mess around with it on two shades right at installation.  Once installed, I've never had to adjust it.

My projects are almost 100% wired Sivoia QS shades.  If you're working with battery operated Triathalon/Serena shades they might now do IHA as well?

Do you know if its possible for other 3rd party lighting or controls systems to integrate Lutron blinds (anytype with IHA) without having a full blown lutron system eg. processor, blind PSU enclosure etc ?

do they need to be independently controlled as well? Q-Motion and Savant/J.Geiger both have systems that can be physically linked together to operated as one. Obviously, this would eliminate recessed/cubby mounted rollers.

Lutron shades can integrate with about any lighting or control system (contact closure, RS-232, IP are all integration options), but you will need the proper Lutron power supplies and appropriate interface.

Also to note here, with SCT sun setting for MyProjects- IHA is implied (no longer a selectable option).
