Did no one address the fact that RTI will not be an option for an end user? They only sell to dealers via distribution. All software, firmware updates, drivers exc. reside behind a dealer login portal. We love RTI and we work with it everyday, but if you are not an integrator committed to providing a differentiated experience, it doesn't work.
