Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

Wow, just realised......

......when episode IV came out I was still at school....now at the end of the saga I'm a grandfather....
What do you mean you wanted it on the other wall - couldn't you have mentioned this when we prewired?

I look at Star Wars and wonder what it would have been like if Lucas had just targeted a slightly older audience. I look at, say, Rogue 1, and to me that's what Star Wars should have been like all along, at least that. It would have been so much better, IMO. Of course it might not have sold 50 billion action figures and tickets and whatnot. But it would have been so much better.

The teaser looks pretty great. Sometimes I think Star Wars just gets stuck pushing along its own Titanic-like franchise, trudging from movie to movie. Although, I have liked most of the latest chapters as well as the stand-alones. (Of course, everything recently is better than what they did with the prequels.)

My larger question for Star Wars and/or Disney, is where does it go from here? (after 9) I've heard rumors of an Obi Wan movie and a couple others, but where does the franchise go? Since Disney now owns everything related, I can't imagine them saying "ok, great story, it's done now". That of course will not happen. And they definitely will not wait 15 years for another trilogy. (I remember Lucas saying in some DVD extra that Star Wars was a 12 part story.)

Who knows, but based on what we do, it is fun to watch...

I think Star Wars has gotten stuck in trying to figure out the most affective way to market more toys and merchandise. Watching the last few movies gave me the same feeling as exiting a ride at Disney where they route you through the gift shop.
Civil War reenactment is LARPing for people with no imagination.

Not going to see it or rent it. The franchise has been ruined. Not going to ruin my past memories of good episodes.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.
