I like Blue Bolt and haven't any issues.
Its real helpful that I can power cycle all devices connected, or individual connected devices.

Interesting timing on this whole thing.

Client (and I) initially thought he had a cable box going out (reboot loop), then we noticed some of the APs, the AP controller and a few other things were doing the same thing.

Was the solution to replace the unit?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Call Snap tech support for a replacement. They know they have an issue and will replace.

Thanks, will give it a shot when I dig the old one out of the rack.

I know they were no questions asked when I had a couple of the bad run of them years ago and they sent me a replacement for a 3 outlet I had one outlet go bad on about 5 years ago.
