Just wondering if you're getting "more than usual" OvrC notifications. I'm not sure if it's some of these local providers are having more than usual outages or OvrC was glitchy. I've been trying to monitor things and I honestly can't tell. Even my own system has sent in some failures. I ran to the modem and nothing was out, at that moment. Also have a few devices that have gone off line but others in the same house are fine?? I need to go to the site to actually see what the issue is. Not blaming OvrC, just remember seeing a post last week that someone was having similar issues of some sort. They thought is may be a AWS thing.........

Last week...a bunch.
Aside from that issue, we had one client's system at the same time that was overly wacky (sending 50 e-mails in a day). After Snap AV fixed the initial problem, going into this client's account and updating both access points stopped the 5-10 notifications/hour and fixed everything.

I’m getting so bombarded that I disabled email notifications. There are 2 sites where I’m getting a notification every few minutes because a switch has disconnected and reconnected. I have 2 other sites where one wattbox on each site has disconnected and won’t reconnect. I’m hoping to get to all of them this week, but there has never been an issue with any of these systems in the past

I have one job since saturday Im getting 50 a day. I went onsite today, update, rebooted everything, nothing changed. I need to call Snap and see what they see. I assumed it was a bad switch or something. Annoying.

Hey everyone,
We had few lingering issues leftover from the outage last week. This mainly showed itself as inaccurate notifications. They have all been fully resolved as of today.
If you are ever curious about the status of OvrC or are looking for more info you can select the OvrC Status option under your username while on the desktop version of OvrC or in your menu on the app.
