Customer wants that TV as his main TV in a resi installation, do any of you have experience with that TV ? We specd the Samsung mount suggested by the manual ( [Link: samsung.com]) , i wonder if we treat this as regular TV or should we be concerned about something particular about it ( other than it's weight ). Thanks guys!

the only thing that you should be concerned with is that the TV is a Samsung

hahaha, oh $hit. i forgot about this detail. jokes aside, I can't say we had many problems with samsung. But when we did, like 2-3 times, the RMA process ended up having to involve the BBB to get the unit exchanged / repaired. it was a 3 month process in all 3 instances. ridiculous

Yeah but it's a commercial grade Samsung. Never had a problem with these screens. Unlike their resi garbage they manufacture!
