Center. Let the peasants deal with the crust edges.

For pizza its the exact opposite. In the chicagoland area pizza is usually square cut. I go for the 4 corners first then i stay on the outside until im forced inland.

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

They say pizza did not come from Italy, but some tell-tale evidence makes me wonder.

Imagine buying something round, bringing it home in a square box, then eating it in triangles.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Over many years I came up with my home made from scratch Peanut Butter Nutella brownie recipe. It's won a couple of awards and made a lot of people happy (and ruined a few diets).

Heck, I can’t even get the batter into the oven before it’s consumed.

But if it does ended up baked then the; sides first, center second and corners third.

Corners for me, then sides and middle. Of course I always find myself having to keep trimming until it is shaped right. Like when you cut a piece of pie and it’s not a perfect wedge. You keep trimming pie until it looks right.

Making them get their own is what started this problem. My daughter made brownies yesterday last night I went to get one and found she had taken a corner piece, and my son had dug one out of the very middle of the pan.

A lot of French Vanilla ice cream and it doesn't really matter if the brownie is center or edge.

Otherwise it is center....
