Here is a new one. People wear these things?

What is the subject here? In English, "these things" refers to something that has been mentioned recently enough that the reader can figure out what the subject is. But since that's the first sentence, there's no freakin' way to know what "these things" are.

What's the subject here?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

It's below the first section in his post. It really is. Just keep reading. It'll be fun.

I guess he's referring to the Patagonia things he later rambles on about.

But then again, it might be clothing made from donkey penises.

And this.
BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. —
SpaceX sent out a notice on Tuesday about the potential for sonic booms during the Falcon Heavy launch on Wednesday evening.

The Falcon Heavy, which is made up of three normal-size rockets bolted together, is scheduled for blastoff between 6:35 p.m. and 8:32 p.m. Wednesday

Wow that is high tech. Guess I’m pretty smart because I learned that taping 3 bottle rockets together as a kid was more fun than one.

I think strapping 3 boosters together is a little more complicated than bottle rockets, but I could be wrong!

Easy Trunkslammer. Is that the way you would talk to me in person? It’s a just for fun off topic news clip I posted. As the OP stated. Most of you guys are great going off on some of these non HDMI issues.

That's typical pre-teen writing. I just expected more.

Made me remember when coon dick toothpicks became all the rage. I could see some Wall Street bankster's oral attraction.

I didn't know we were members of this forum for the purpose of allowing you to impose the results of your inability to tolerate bad writing on us.
