I like Eero, however Orbi has gateway solution that is pretty darn slick. I set one up yesterday.

It's a comcast approved Orbi modem/gateway. It replaces the existing Comcast gateway. As part of the Orbi app set up, you can just plug in your Xfinity credentials (just like when you link your Comcast account to an app on Apple TV) and it automatically links the Orbi Gateway to your Comcast account - no need to call Comcast or go to there website to activate the modem - it was the quickest third party modem activation I have ever experienced and the wifi was blazing fast.

ADI has them....

However, it is awful. I mean beyond awful. I have ripped so many of them out of clients homes its not even funny. I literally through away 9 of them a few months back since they were collecting dust on the shelf's.

It is not true mesh, and devices like sonos wig out on it.

IMO, if it doesnt make sense todo a real network EERO is the ONLY way to go.

Sign up for CXI if you want painless modem swaps.

God d@mn it. Just like they opted to get in bed with Roku. Why are they obsessed with second best? Sorry for the gripe, have been out of sorts since the last “announcements” from Apple.

I don’t offer it, but have three different jobs where clients purchased and zero issues. Only one had a single Sonos unit though.
