Dear MRI Dealer,
MRI is excited to announce that we have become part of the SnapAV family. This is
great news for MRI, SnapAV and most importantly – dealers like you!

For over twenty years we have worked tirelessly to provide you with the most
knowledgeable staff and the best products and services available. Soon we’ll be adding
SnapAV’s award-winning products, website and customer support.

For those not familiar with SnapAV, they are among the largest suppliers in the custom
installation industry, whose business model has changed the way many in the channel do
business. Like MRI, they take a dealer-first approach to their work and focus on
providing innovative products, service and support.

What does this mean for you?
This is all good news – you’ll get more products and easier ways to receive them. In
addition to the brands you currently purchase from us, we’ll soon be stocking the most
popular SnapAV brands in our four branch locations.

MRI’s team, over 40 strong, isn’t going anywhere. The personal relationships we have
formed together throughout the years will remain, as well as our four locations featuring
interactive showrooms, warehouse-style shopping and robust training. And, of course,
our delivery fleet of vehicles will be here to help you with “white glove” and “just-in time”
deliveries.

The SnapAV and MRI teams are fully committed to your business and look forward to
providing you with the very best products, solutions, services and support in the industry.
I am sure you will have questions about this partnership – be on the lookout for more
information in the coming weeks.

Thank you for your continued support!

Sincerely,
Bob Dean
President-MRI

SnapAV is proud to announce the acquisition of MRI, a leading regional distributor in the Northeast with four state-of-the-art facilities. Our goal is to give you new ways to purchase and receive products – making your life easier than ever.

Get the Best of Both Worlds
Like SnapAV, MRI is best known for their dealer-first approach and commitment to service. Our companies share the same values, so you can enjoy more of what you’ve come to love, plus all-new benefits like:

One-Stop Shop
A one-stop shop for MRI and SnapAV products
Training Opportunities
Local SnapAV pickup and support
SnapAV products will be available at MRI distribution locations and on their website in the coming weeks. For now, your shopping routine will remain unchanged.

Pretty shocked with this one. My MRI is literally down the road from my office.

Wondering what, if any, lines are going to be dropped?

I told them for a few years to open a branch in lower Fairfield County here. The costs a re high so they seemed reluctant. They opened Syracuse instead. Now they finally opened up the Norwalk branch, I talked to Marty who is the branch manager of the new branch and he said his numbers have never been higher then the short time since the branch opened. Hopefully adding Snap products doesn't change much. They claim they'll be carrying 90 to 95% of the same stuff.

It has changed my biz in the month they have been open. It makes things so much easier. My house is a mile from them and my shop is 2 miles from them.

I particularly liked how MRI was showing all of Snap AV's MSRP pricing on there website a couple weeks ago. No clue for how long it was happening, but that was quite a screw up for such touchy company like Snap about online pricing exposure. I see they are all $0.00 now.

What, are you a competitor that signed up just to say that? No one cares about MSRP being listed. Cost being listed is an issue.

URC, pretty sure.
