They have a van rack that all their boxes lock on to. Im thinking of redoing my promaster city with these.
Any comments?

That looks cool. I am using a new Milwaukee pack out that I got for Christmas. I like it, but not racks like this!

I have pretty much Milwaukee exclusively. Almost everything in the m12 line and a few items in m18. Although, I got impatient last year waiting for Milwaukees packout stuff and bought the Ridgid portable toolbox line instead for like less than half the money.
I looked at the Dewalt line of organizing systems also. Looks really cool!
Went cheap on shelving for the box van. Works fine for me.

Rigid version, very satisfied, I liked the open crates they have for cables and they still stack and clamp with the rest of the tool box line.

Complete waist of space. There is so much room waisted between stacks it would drive me crazy.

One of the plumbers had this on a site. He wasn’t thrilled or upset with it, was meh overall. Build quality of the system left a lot to be desired. I actually don’t know how they are crash tested and passed. Lots of wobble to the frame and stacks.

After having drawers, doors, boxes than can slide out and open, i have ZERO desire to something like this.

Agree with 3p, looks like WAY to much wasted space.

I use the TStak. I just Ratchet strap it to my metal shelve unit at the side door in my Ram City Van.
No issues including when I had my Nissan NV200 rear ended and totaled last Dec.

I disagree, I have both TSTAK and Tough System in my van. The TSTAK is sat on custom built (to size) aluminium rack shelving that runs the length of the van. In order to get the TSTAK  boxes out I have to leave enough space to lift the box up and over the 25mm lip that stops them bouncing off the shelf. This translates to about 75mm of space required above the box to the next shelf above.

The tough systems swing arms are mounted to a custom frame on the the other side of the van between the rear and side doors. The frame is pre-drilled with multiple locating holes, the same as off-the-shelf the deWalt unit, so that it allows the arms to be re-positioned at various heights so as to fit the intended Tough System box. Since the box slides in and locks, the boxes can be arranged with almost zero clearance vertically between them. You probably need around 60mm between them horizontally - just enough room to lift the side handle to unlock the box from the arm, and then slide the box out forwards.

The real plus point though is that if you need to re-purpose the van at the weekend (i.e. so you can get the dirtbike in) you just slide out the boxes and then fold the arms on the frame flat.

Unfortunately I invested heavily in TSTAK boxes first (TBF the folding van mounting arms weren't available at that time), but given the choice now  I would go with with the Tough System.

The Tough system boxes are also more rugged which also means they are inherently heavier, but if you have the cart to wheel them around with its just not a problem.
What do you mean you wanted it on the other wall - couldn't you have mentioned this when we prewired?

I outfitted our Nissan NV with the Milwaukee Packout stuff as a test and have fallen in love with it. Have a couple of them with kaizen foam that i cut for some of the M12 pieces. Its rad! I ripped out the front metal shelves and custom built new shelves for the packouts. It all fits perfectly and man do those things help getting in and out of jobs. I'll try to post a pic
