They had a showing at my local distributor. There are a few Sonos expats on the marketing team. They have big ideas. It’s not just light control.

The product is well thought out. The user interface is a little different and, in my opinion, takes a couple minutes to get used to. Note that I’m not saying bad, just different.

Replacing a light switch, they are too low for a keypad.

Atmos looks more promising, IMO.

Atmos looks good for Sonos control especially.

my general rule is to let a home control company bake for at LEAST 2-3 years to work out the kinks (and funding) before i will consider. Atmos looks like a glorified Harmony Pro at a lower price. I did not see any dealer links.

Rashid lives not too far from me. He’s the west coast guy and can likely get demo pricing to dealers. He’s a straight shooter.

Rashid came to our office and gave us a demo. He is direct and to the point. We are considering trying it out. Downfall is that it is so new. But a cool product for for an affordable price.

I guess all the above answers are a big 'NO", to your question.

Four years later…

I don’t see any chatter about it here or anywhere.

Is anyone using it?

Is it buggy?

How is tech support?

Do you think it will last?

Pretty sure that Atmos thing died on the vine.

Is Brilliant still around? I took the online training courses several years ago but never even ordered anything to demo. Have never seen it in the wild. Don't hear about it anymore.
I do remember something about a fire sale of Brilliant products, like they were going away. That was a few months ago I think.

Brilliant is around at at the distributors. I wish they just made a POE hub instead of having only a high voltage based hub. We would use it in smaller jobs for alarm clients.
