I need some reverse outlets for tv dead runs. Haven’t looked for these in a while. Who has them now?

I think he means this:

For what it's worth, I do NOT like using those.
I like using a standard equipment power cord to plug into the wall, to supply power. And Brent's Ethereal has the perfect one:

I like the IEC style. However, the Metra ones make me nervous with the exposed terminals in the pic. I have been using the Midlite ones.

What do you think is different about the Metra than the midlite?

WTF? It mounts in a one-gang electrical box like any other type of line voltage device. Why would that make you nervous?

God made a plug and an outlet. Reverse Outlets just aren't natural.

Reverse outlet, eh? Maybe we should call that an inlet!

Why not? They're a perfectly reasonable connector. They're awfully deep, so they require a deep box, but what other drawback do they have?

I like using a standard equipment power cord to plug into the wall, to supply power.

There are "standard equipment power cords" that have ordinary old-fashioned power plugs and sockets. It helps to be clear by saying IEC.

And Brent's Ethereal has the perfect one:

They are right. The Metra piece is not a complete kit, just as a duplex outlet is not a complete kit. The Metra piece is a decora-mounted IEC connector and a cover plate. Of course it gets mounted in a box!

...and that's exactly what the amazon item is called. Oh, wait -- was that humor?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

The IEC-WP must be placed in a wall box, however it is just like any other NEMA style device (some with pug tails and some with screw terminals. I came up with it after my (then) wife complained about after she saw the extension cord hanging out of the laundry room ceiling (PJ to UPS), i went digging thru the garage to find a way to shut her up and saw the IEC power plug on the back of an old Compaq PC chassis. I removed it, went to Lowes and got a blank Decora plate, took both to the CnC shop at Metra and had them mated. Once I had it installed I thought "Damn" I need to be selling this.
Viola!

FYI- that's called a 'power inlet' and several companies sell them, like Midlite, Vanco and a brand sold by ADI, to name a few.

That's the one I couldn't remember- still not accustomed to thinking of Metra in AV; I used a lot when I did car audio, though.
