I have a client that has family in Beaumont, Texas. He's got a few MX990/MRF350 packages at his house that he is very happy with and he wants to refer his Texan family members to a decent A/V company that can provide the same or an applicable option.

I used to work in Beaumont. Still have a client there. Only do RTi though. Mainly do larger resi and commercial jobs.

Another guy over there took over Beaumont Sound. They have been there for years. From what I have heard, they do good custom work.

I wouldn't assume that.
'Most' of the people in our industry operate on referral only and have very little if any online media presence. So there may very well be a few good shops in that area. But finding them might be a little tough without finding someone to contact in those circles.

If only we had a unified database of A/V shops, that didn't charge a small fortune to be part of. #CEDIAworthlessmoneygrab

It could be done right here on the website. Make a stickie. Post your Company Info' your lines, what your true capabilities are. I as sure as hell will refer someone I met here helping solve problems for others over just anybody..... { ;>) }
