I need to discuss a product with you.

Thank you.

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

They really need to know what product because they have different product managers for different types of lines. It would do you no good to speak to the manager of racks and mounts if you need to talk to someone about an IP camera.
Civil War reenactment is LARPing for people with no imagination.

You really couldn't pull a Sn@p name from a thread on here?

What product?

If you need to contact a manufacture, why are you on a forum board and not contacting them directly?
Snap does have email, chat, and phone numbers.

Very un-Ernie like. Did you have an issue trying to contact them direct?

Didn’t even provide your phone number. The most basic info needed for your request.

Odd that you ask that way. I should have searched for "Sn@p"?

I spent five minutes searching here and the issue wasn't so heartbreaking that it deserved more.

I found fewer than 20 threads when I searched for SnapAV or Snap AV or "Snap AV." In those threads, the company was mentioned in passing. I didnt' happen to find any thread written by anyone from Snap, and of course you have to have the exact RC member namr to search for a member. So, no, I couldn't.
What product?

TV Mount.

And I found someone, so this has been solved (if they follow up).

Or, you know, call them?  I know it is difficult with them not having a good website that has phone number and chat window listed.  They really make it a pita to deal with them.

Whats even worse is how you can add items to the shopping cart and just pay for them there and have them shipped without having to email anyone a PO like its still 1998.

Or, you could do a member search and find someone with a reference to SnapAV in their screen name.

Or, you could lob a spitball in the middle of the ocean and hope it gets some attention. Whatever works for you.

FWIW- I searched here by entering 'SnapAV' and it auto-filled with a few additional words, including 'why?'. I clicked on that and found that the first RC thread has a response starting with "We don't publish dealer pricing" and that seemed like a pretty good way to find someone from Snap, so I clicked on it and looked for that post. It was from the Sr VP of Snap. Took less than a minute.

BTW- search for posts, not threads. Ten pages of posts have SnapAV in the title.
