I was having a problem with two different mx-3000's interfering. When changing channels on the dish in the master, the living room will change also. This only happens when using both remotes at the same time, both on dish. I do have different RF settings on each. The systems don't interfere, unless using both remotes at once. Any ideas???

what channel(s) is the mxf250 set on?

Is the equipment in a rack all together?

I forget the exact, but I believe it was 3, and e. We are going back toimorrow. They are in separate rooms, about 20 feet apart. one sits behind a cabinet in the master, and the other is in the family room rack.

And only sending signal to the one flasher connected to the sat box?

They are totally seperate systems. 2 different sat boxes, in 2 different rooms, with 2 different 250's. We found it happening when testing macros for the camera system in one room and it would lockout the living room remote, and be controlled byt the master remote, and vise-versa

We already removed them. I appreciate the help. Let me know if you have any other ideas we could try.

not that it is correting the problem, but us an IR Repeater system on one and the RF on the other. Switch the one remote to RF and One to IR. Depending on if you can get an IR receiver in line of sight. Remeber to set the IR Receiver code in the MX software. That might be the problem. Program, Receivers, ID Code.

Try using the the ir routing this should fix your issue. Put one room on port 1 and the other on say port 6 on the other repeater.

I tried one MX3000 and will never use them again. We swapped base stations and remotes, and tried every possible code and still could not get it to output on just the specified port.

Try changing channels again on one of the 250's. Also, on that same 250, change the outputas well.

I just recently had output 1&2 sending signal to both devices at the same time, changed one of them to 6 and it worked fine
