We are doing a job that has crestron DIM-1B's, and we cannot find IR codes for the MX-3000. Any help would be appreciated.

Crestron dimmers are only controlled over cresnet. No ir.

There are ways--someone advised me on how a month or so back. Do you have a programming backgound? If not have your programmer contact me off line. The short way is to use the Crestron Pronto codes. You would have to learn them into the MX-3000. As it is also a wireless device there apprars to be an other way to get a Crestron gateway to respond to the 3000.

if you have a crestron CNX-RMC room box in the room that your trying to use the IR remote control, you can add a CNXRMIRD which accepts RC5 IR commands and then teach them to your MX. The IR command can be made to do anything within the crestron system.
