I've done Triathalon quite a bit, but now I can't remember how they differ from Serena.
If I recall it was mainly that Serena does not support intelligent hembar alignment.
I have customer who wants some shades, but they are not doing a control system, and no lighting control, and they are asking about Serena.
Are there any other shortcomings with regards to going with the Serena route (other than only big box stores can sell it I think)?
Maybe they don't support reverse roll?
If I recall the warranty is better with Triathalon, especially if I have the customer register the system with Lutron.
I would ask my rep but trying to get back to the customer this weekend.

My pleasure. Lutron doesn't make it easy to compare any of their product lines, or to compare which products work with others. It is very frustrating. Try finding that doc I sent you on their web site!
