Have a customer who is remodeling a house for sale and need to get in ceiling speakers with the Square Grill. The cheapest ones I can get from monitor audio are still too expensive. Doesn’t matter if the speaker is round as long as the grill itself can be square.

Anyone have any recommendations? Preferably something for sale by distribution. Thanks in advance

Sonance has round and you buy a square grill for it. They usually hit most price points.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Thanks folks. Trying to keep it under $250 a pair since they will literally be just for show to sell the property. Sound quality is not a concern.

I did get a price for some niles units but the square grills, which are separate, were about half the price of the speakers

good god thats the ugliest crap ive ever seen!

Im just going to quote some Monitor CS140S.

If he likes it great if not he can source his own damn speakers.

He said he saw Sonance at Best buy for $150 a pair. I told if thats right then its for round speakers, not square ones...

Not going to spend anymore time on this crap for this guy.

+1 also, you can just buy the zip-clip and grill if you don't actually need a speaker.

I think Snap has inexpensive square grills that fit their entire lineup of ceiling speakers.
