Nice! Do they really work THAT far? That's great if it does.

Newer ones can go even further, and have 2 way capability to let you know if the signal was received by the vehicle.

This is one of the more bizarre and least expected electronics factoids. And it's true. There's something about the resonance of a large hollow space...

As others have said, hundreds of feet is conservative. Over a thousand feet is very doable under ideal conditions.
And it is nothing new. Back in the early 90's while at the beach late at night. I was able to stick the transmitter under my chin and see the lights flash on my car from at least .25 mile down the beach.
That was an Ungo alarm. Back before they were bought by several others.

This is true and it works! Have used that method for years. And i still dont have brain cancer, so,,,,,,
