I'm trying to determine whether a SONOS Playbar will fit between the splayed legs of a SONY XBR-65X900F display, sitting just in front of the screen. Can anyone confirm?

TIA

This may help...

Cut sheet shows the dimension at the widest point is 45.25" and the sonos playbar is around 36"

Couple of other things to point out

Based on the spec sheet, there is only 2.75" from the bottom of the feet to the bottom of the TV. The playbar is taller and then will be blocking the sensor on the front bottom of the TV.

Second, that 45.25" measurement is based on the widest portion between the legs. The legs angle in. So, it may or may not fit.

I've noticed that some Sony soundbars are including built-in IR relays for this reason.

If those drawings are to scale, I estimate the legs are 37.5" apart at the very front of the screen. And down to a minimum of about 27.5" at the back.

Yamaha bars have had IR pass through for years and years now...
