One of my clients had one of those fans in the "bar" area. It was mounted up near a corner, and while it moved a lot of air (I do mean a lot) it was very loud. It could not be run on high as the noise was unbearable.

Maybe it being in a corner caused the noise?

We are going with a Mathews Fan Company which is nearly silent on medium. One of my clients owns a lighting store and she's trading me this fan for a TV install lol!

Flat panel mounted directly over the bed ON the ceiling.... Did one like that years ago.


Alternatively, mount the panel to the headboard and put your pillows at the foot board end. LOL

I don’t care how much that costs. I just don’t see how it would look good in a bedroom.
