Is there any way to integrate Nest smoke detectors w/ ADT panel? House does not have Pulse, just basic ADT alarm panel. I'll be onsite today to get model #s. Customer would like for ADT to be able to monitor smokes and respond to alarms.

As far as I know, ADT will not allow you to do that.
This assumes you can even login into the panel to program the fire zone. If you can, then it would only alarm locally because ADT does not have the report codes for that zone at their central monitor station. When you call to try and add them, they are going to be like "Oh, hell no!" - That is not their equipment you are trying to add and you are in violation of their terms of service.

If ADT isn't getting paid and an ADT tech isn't installing, pretty sure it is a no-go on 'their' system.

Never gonna happen for several reasons. First, for all of the reasons that Brad Humphrey brings up. To report a Fire Event then a zone must be setup as a Fire Zone. Unless their ADT system already includes some Smoke Detectors then there won't be a Fire Zone set up.

Second, the Nest is not a Smoke Detector, it is a Smoke Alarm (there is a difference). Although Kidde and other brands (and I doubt Nest) make relays that take the signal wire (Does Nest even use one or is it Wi-Fi?) from a 120 VAC Smoke Alarm and convert it into a contact closure, these relays are not code approved for tying the Smoke Alarm into a Fire Zone on a Fire Alarm System. They are designed for adding additional sounding devices or strobe lights etc.

No!

Never touch another man's security system! The liability is huge. The large contracts used by security companies are 95% liability waiver, and 5% billing requirements.

Also, we have stopped using relays to monitor codes smoke systems. Our number one security service call, is for the electricians smoke detectors. A real problem, but since we monitor the signal, customers think we are responsible for the equipment. People get mad at us when we can't help them with their electrician installed smoke detectors. We no only monitor our own detectors. We supplement the code units, or install the entire smoke system. No more hybrid systems!
