Can I get a Heos to play music stored on a NAS drive? All I can find on deonon’s site is how to get it to see a computer

You can now do shared folders so yes. Although when I tried to set this up on my system HEOS wouldnt connect to the share.

Most NAS also have DLNA so you could go that route, and I have used PLEX DLNA or other Windows programs.

But shared folders would be soooo much better as with DLNA you have to drill down through multiple levels to get to where you are going.

I was trying to use the IP address instead of the path. I also enabled DLNA on the NAS. Now I see two listings for the NAS drive on the HEOS App.
