We're having an issue with two Sony ES (2100 & 5000) not responding to ip commands consistently. Other ip controlled devices have been working fine, with no issues.
We have another job with the same models and driver and control system and haven't had any issues.
We're using mac reservations not static on devices. Router was set up to not give out DHCP above 190. All our control devices are above 190
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Equipment involved using ip commands:
Sony ES 2100 & 5000
Sony A9F 55" & 65"
Roku Ultra
Nest T-stats
Network gear:
Local Spectrum Modem>
Unifi USG Router>
4- Unifi managed switches> 1-24 port at router> 1 at each area of equipment. None are daisy chained
