Assuming then this will also then extend to Alexa to play and control Apple Music on Sonos as well.

Why isn't there a "Siri/Apple music system? I will tell you why...Steve Jobs died.

I just can't believe that Apple stuck their heads this far in the sand. iPod/iTunes/Airplay was a looooong time ago. They had market dominance for years and billions to invest in this market. Honestly Sonos shouldn't even exist right now let a lone Alexa.

You are 100% correct.  They literally owned music, and they let it slip away...for what?  I don't know what they've had their eyes on since Jobs died, but they're clearly off track.

In light of the fact that they fired him, it should be obvious- HE was the one who had the vision for the company and they need to find someone who is able to think in the way he did, or maybe he was able to bring out the best from the design group.
