A client of mine has a remote camera and a not so far one. The want is to push there phone when there is motion. With a snapshot of the 'person'.

She is willing to replace the cameras.

How about replacing the cable with CAT and using a TVI (or similar) camera with a DVR?

Yes, you specified analog camera but also said it could be replaced. And why an analog camera?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
