We have a customer who is contemplating on switching over to the Rogers Ignite system. The issue is that the original installer only ran mini RG6 to each TV (house was wired 12 years ago) and there is no way of getting wires to the TV's now without major repairs to the ceilings. Can the Rogers Ignite boxes output on component or do they need HDMI? I did see somewhere on the Rogers site it mentions component video but it's Rogers so my trust in their website is pretty low.
Can someone please inform whether the Ignite boxes will work over Component?

The boxes only have HDMI output. What about hiding the boxes behind the TVs? you could backfeed the audio if you have multi-room system. Boxes are about the size of an appleTV and can connect to wifi.
