for those that use the HEOS soundbar - what is the best way to attach it to a TV with soundbar mounts? from what i see it only has 2 keyhole slots on on the outer edge (back) which make wall mounting a pain vs the Sonos. the Sonos has a separate wall plate that has holes across it and i can hit 2 studs no problem and center the playbar easily.
any tricks i am not considering?

It seems you are trying to mount it to the tv... but then you want to mount it to the wall. Either way you are correct you get two heyhole slots to work with.

I have had success with the Sanus sound bar accessory. It’s not perfect but it works. I don’t like the key bolts that Sanus uses.

The sound bar does not weigh much. You can mount it to drywall with wall dogs. Again it’s not great but it works. Togglers would be better. There is a full size template in the box which is helpful when wall mounting

Be aware it is 120 volt power cord direct to the sound bar. No power brick.
