I understand Andrew, and I am working hard to combat retail pricing, but it's difficult this time of year.

Retail pricing combat has been going on for ten years straight at URC.

Tom, always happy to join into the conversations. I've been traveling so much the past few months there hasn't been as much time, but I'm always happy to answer questions and add my opinion to the mix.

HighFigh, yes there should be an ID2 code set for Yamaha I believe. Have you tried to do a second code sete with Harmony yet? Here's a link to the general instructions, and I will check with the IR team to verify the second set if you have a particular AVR or two you want me to check? I typically just use the IR emitters on the pro and the assignable ports, but using the second set of codes makes perfect sense when available.

Andrew, I get it and there is obviously nothing wrong with a Control4 system, but not everyone needs that level of customization/control, or has the funds to spend on the initial system/updates. Harmony just provides an additional option for dealers, and a much better experience than the classic IR controlled systems many of us still focus on at the lower price point. Happy to chat with you if you want, and I usually have a promo program available for a dealer that wants to check one out.
