I said that the design of a firearm is inherently defective and it is this design defect that causes it to be an unsafe product. I am not referring to any firearm that does not function as designed.

Again, if it were anything but a gun that was not protected by antiquated laws, its design would would be deemed defective and unsafe.

In the years to come, when voters come to their senses, this is how the laws dictating the sale and use of guns will be decided. Just like any thing else we consume.

Hmmm...perhaps, just like drugs, to some folks guns are an addiction. And, as we know, people with an addiction do not think or see clearly. They see and justify only what supports their addiction.

It was what I learned as a goy working a few installation jobs at one of the big JCCs in the city. Then we did a few jobs in the homes of some JCC members , or whatever they're called(fanatics?). Had an old lady tell me once that America was a great country because of Israel, and she didn't understand why we put up with black people, because they ruin everything... WTF? and I think that's pretty much how that whole crowd at the JCC were like.

First of all, I don’t know if that’s an attempt at a personal dig, but if so, real classy. Second, your knowledge of addiction is about as poor as your knowledge of firearms. We addicts are liars and will say and do anything to continue using, but our own perception of what’s really going on is pretty clear.
