So, last week I received in the mail a large envelope with my monthly check from George Soros, along with a spreadsheet designed to help respond to right-wing talking points. It has a wonderful filtering feature which allows me to quickly look for a topic. I looked up your talking point and was told to respond with this: "During the Obama years, the right declared the he was going to take all of the guns away and get rid of the 2nd Amendment. This resulted in gun sales going through the roof! Everyone knows that people love to play with their new toys so a lot of folks went out and shot up a lot of people, places and things". As it turned out, he wasn't very good at ending the 2nd amendment or at taking all the guns away from folks. But the shootings? Oh yeah baby!

That any kids should be "LOCKED UP". That any of the kids are " CROOKED". To act like what's going on is just a problem with crazy people is woefully ignorant. Racists and idiots are emboldened with Trump. He eggs them on and promotes anger towards other. What a coincidence that everyone he targets was a recipient of the bomb mailings. Also notice how he says a fake "UNITY" message and then 5 minutes later is saying the same crap. His entire rallies are nothing but hate fests.

I've installed extra locks and deadbolts and disabled any Wi-Fi, Zig-Bee, Z-Wave locks. The caravan is getting closer and closer. It's filled with MS-13 and loads of middle eastern terrorists. I was so relieved to find out that these latest attacks in the USA were committed by our own right wing fringe crazy people and not the caravan crowd! Of course they're still not here yet so I ain't letting my guard down. I also heard that the PA shooter was very anti-Trump! As we all are, right? I mean he promised a wall ("Who's gonna pay for it?" "Mexico"), he promised low-cost, affordable health care coverage for everybody, he promised to drain the swamp and all he's done is fill it up with even swampier things. And those things were going to be completed by noon on his first day. I don't know - have we been conned?

Why is this happening at such an alarming rate? People becoming desensitized, population out of control, too diverse of a population, too much white trash, poorly run and embarrassing government, the media? Too often these people have been on the radar and let loose. Do we need better mental treatment? More life sentences? Death sentences? Shut down of social media that has everyone f’d up? End violent game sales? Should some people just disappear? Whatever we are doing is not working. Are we really doing anything? The media mentions grants are available for churches and such to bring in security. A hired security guard would be the first shot. How would the guard know a guys about to pull a gun? Mental people along with a 24 hour media cycle that glorifies these shooters by releasing their names, photos and their life stories. Pretty much every mass shooter in their own words commits these heinous acts in order fo rthe world to finally know who they are. "Assault rifles" still account for less than half of the mass shootings on record, the largest school shooting ever was committed with a handgun. Banning them just means the perps will move on to a different form of firearm, even a shooter with a lowly bolt action rifle could shoot dozens of people before being stopped. In the end the media is just as culpable as anyone else and they are actually in a position to at the very least greatly reduce the numbers of shootings that occur simply by choosing not to release any names or images of the shooter. There is no societal benefit to releasing this info and by refraining from doing it they would be depriving the shooting of their primary motive.
