Do you not realize every president since television came around has made big deals over signing laws and executive orders? Clinton liked to use multiple pens, I think it was a seperate pen for each letter in his name, so he could give them all away to people. Involved with the bill.

You can't "Executive Order" a Constitutional Amendment out of existence.

And the multiple pens? That's been going on with every president for almost the last hundred years! Maybe you should watch more C-SPAN. Even drumph has used multiple pens (crayons?) on occasion. President Johnson used DOZENS of pens to sign the civil rights act into law.
