Having an issue with an ATC-AMFMXM tuner card where it will keep rebooting the XM portion of the card. The card is plugged into an AMS-AIP so on the front of the AMS I select XM and it shows "Powering Up" then switches to "Downloading stations" then goes back to "powering Up" and continues in this loop. I have rebooted the AMS and pulled the card out (while AMS is off) and nothing looks fried or broken on the board.
Any help troubleshooting is much appreciated.

FWIW, I have seen this happen once on a new system. Card was bad, replacement card worked fine.
Also you can try pulling the card, blowing the slot out with canned air and reinserting it. Have had a few DM cards get flakey on me in somewhat dusty environments, blowing the dust out got those to behave again.

Sorry, I never had a similar problem to help you with this one, but off topic, it reminded me how miserable trueblue support became, that we can get better and faster help here rather than there.

Thanks Guys,
Not sure what happened with the card. (I/'m thinking it happened when one of the trades cut the XM antenna during construction and shorted out the connection.
After getting a hold of TB they informed to try a reboot of the card which did correct the problem.
