Customer has Hotwire/Fision service. We're in the middle of a remodel. GC threw out the power supply/battery backup that powers the ONT. Alcatel Lucent O-221H-P.
I've left several messages for Hotwire field service manager - no reply. Customer is coming to town for a few days and of course wants the service up. Ultimately I'll get Hotwire to take care of this but I need a quick fix.

The ONT is powered by a battery backup/power supply. A 7 conductor cable feeds power and the following:
+12V, 12V RTN, SIG RTN, ON BAT, REP BAT, BAT MIS, LOW BAT

Does anyone with knowledge of this ONT know if the additional connections are required? I know not all of them were connected at the original supply. As a temporary solution can I supply only power at the +12V and 12V RTN terminals? What size supply do I need?
Thanks
