I just upgraded pc to XP, there for losing DD413. So I loaded 450, problem is projects from 413 will open, but wont transfer. I'm missing something, can't figure out what.

Give Xantech a call, I have had similar problems with the firmware and software upgrades and project transfers. But they have been able to address and fix most of them.
