So I have been supporting Litetouch installs. With the recommendation that the be converted.
All the projects have been 5000lc processor/controller/CCU/etc...
I have been able to extract the program file alter it and send it back.
Yesterday the call was on a Compact CCU.
I was unable to extract the file.
I tried liteware 3.8. , 3.8 hybrid, 6.0, and downloaded 4.1 and that didn't work.
My thought is maybe it wants a 32bit computer?
I have an old one that i use for such things i just didn't have it with me.
any trick you guys have found? Like a shotgun ;-0 oh a no like finesse tricks is what I really mean.
