Did you not say that not everything would work?

Since I have no idea what a customer may try to do the last thing I want is having to explain why I "broke" something hoping they wouldn't do what they did.

Unless V has "broken" the DMZ it does everything you need to do when it comes to the internal network.

Then keep using the cheap Actiontec and use DMZ.

I thought I explained it pretty clearly and also provided a link that is well documented with all options.

My Vz customers don't use the Vz apps for remote TV recordings and whatever else it offers. So again, #6 option works great for my clients.
