I just got a new 2018 MacBook Pro. I'm running windows 10 as a vm with virtual box. I cannot for the life of me get the bridge mode adapter to work. It's worked for years on my old Mac. Without it, I can't use vpn and many other features. If anyone can help with this, I would really appreciate it. I've been at it for 10 hours straight.

I haven't seen the 2018, but should be similar obviously. So, try this.
Go to System Preferences
Sharing -> Internet Sharing -> Share Connection from Wifi -> Computer using Ethernet.
Hope that helps!
