We are a JAP dealer. We are always looking for new technology. The thing that looks like a major issue for us is that it seems the Snap product does not convert audio to 2 channel stereo. We never do a job without at least 1 surround sound zone, and usually 2 or 3. JAP allows us to break out the audio and send it to the audio matrix for stereo rooms. JAP also has lip sync control which we use all the time. Without these features, the Snap product would not work for us.
