You update the firmware yet?

Just a thought...

Also it locks up when dropped; nobody admits to that though.

I just got my hands on one that froze up. I flashed the new firmware before I even started so I do not know if it was bad before I fashed it. I tried the start firmware flash and unplug it trick to revert it back to the old firmware, but it just was not happening for me that day.

I was lucky enough to have another one at the shop to swap it out with. I did not have the guts to try the new firmware with this one. With Christmas next week I do not have the time to mess around with this potential problem.

In the Pronto forum it seems that many people are having good luck with the new firmware, so maybe we were both just unlucky and got our hands on bad Pronto's.
Hope you can get your hands on a new one as quick as I did so you can get along with your Pronto.

Good luck,
When good enough is not good enough.
