I have a large job coming up with a lot of cool features that I want to video document. I want something simple to use and something I can leave in the truck to VLOG something. Obviously I hope to use this fairly frequently.

I'm Interested in Phone gimbals since it will be easier to post something online. Does anyone use the DJI Osmo but im concerned with the 2nd gen's plastic quality. MOVI looks like the best but im not sure I want invest in something that much.

Anyone use these?

Brendon,

If you're going to me moving, talking and doing a walkthrough then one of those would be great. I've messed with the Osmo and it's pretty friggin' sweet.   If not, get a tall tripod and a small tripod and you'll be good.

Key thing to remember is in order to stop the vibration and blurry video, the phone needs to be in something other than your hand.

I can't vouch for any products, but this article discusses a few stabilizers.

Maybe Panavise has some goodies you can use. I remember their 8" or so diameter base, and a PC Board holder might grab an iPhone just right. This would be much more useful on a desk than handheld, of course.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I use the DJI mobile I have the OSMO as well. Either works but I prefer the mobile as that way it’s your phone doing the work versus the OSMO Camera

It works great and I use it to record a lot of content for clients.

In addition I have a full camera gimbal. But I would recommend going with the dji mobile to start and then move up from there

The plastic parts on the II are no big deal it will still work great for what you want to do and to learn on
