Anyone Surface mount a Ring Elite? I don't want to chip out concrete if a decent looking surface mount option is available.

You probably know this already, but it looks like your choice is not surface mounting a Ring Elite. You can have the Ring Elite OR a Ring Surface Mount model.
The unit has depth behind the front, so a hole has to be hogged out of the wall. Your options for surface mounting this are the same options you have for surface mounting a volume control in a multiroom speaker system.
Some people would accept a single-gang waterproof box for a speaker volume control, but the face of this thing is larger than a normal faceplate, so that would look tacky. Sorry, but it looks like you have to get the device made to mount on your mounting surface.

Yeah, why not just use a surface mount option from ring?

Find the prettiest box you can but keep in mind the Elite has some depth to it.
