Get the software for the 5400 and "Import."
You will then see that the panels and organization are handled a bit differently on the 5400 and you will make adjustments.
Use the NG Forum for further questions as it was just luck that you got an answer here. Those guys know this stuff way better than I.

Global hard buttons are assigned under system properties not rather than the home page
It's a great way to get the IR codes into the remote, but I'd really encourage you to take advantage of the improved resolution and additional hard buttons.
