Yes, you can turn off the US Holidays calendar...just like you can any other calendar.

Ha ha, I saw that First Day of Ramadan and wanted to turn that off too. But I know it’ll turn off other holidays that I do care about.

There must be a different US Holiday calendar that we can use.

I prefer to keep the US holidays on while we still have them. Just want to turn off the ones that were never intended to be one. To be fair even though I really don't care. There are a few US holidays I could turn off too.

Are there holidays that you do care about that you have no idea when they are? You could always just look them up and make your own notation.

Lol, this isn't offensive at all...

It's cool if you don't care about Ramadan, but it is pretty funny that you got so worked up about this that you had to make a comment like this on an AV forum.

It happens to be a forum I spend time on and one with many users that post off topic. It's a lounge, one where you talk about things. I won't get into it with you.

I always celebrate this most fabulous holiday with a bowl these noodles. Japan, I think they originated from.

As someone born and raised as a Southern Baptist, who went to high school with Billy Graham’s grandson, I fully agree with Ali. I’ve got far more issues to bitch about Apple over than the @*&¥^@# Holiday settings.
Civil War reenactment is LARPing for people with no imagination.
