Old spec sheets? Come on, even though you touched on the ecommerce side of things there is still the old school mentality of how to rep products that drives me up a wall.
My local disties are overall good, the problem is they are continually trying to pull you in every direction to try and get products moved. And then when things change they claim “eh that old product wasn’t that good” this one is way better. I understand why; they have to hit numbers. I think the problem isn’t so much the distributors, it’s the manufacturers.
This is 2018, not 1995.
